gettin up early sucks balls...... especially when you try to pull the up till 230 drinkin' then wake up at 6 ::).... and that's why I went to bed at 7pm yesterday, I was spent.

Better lose some weight tubby. Every pound shedded makes the buggy lighter, lighter is faster, and faster essss gooooood.


I'm down 10# since the 29th, but still a fat ass IMO. Stupid beer kills ya. Two weeks ago I went into a weekend down 4, and came out up 1. Gained 5#'s on beer.

I have a huge beer gut. I am up to 190 :eek: I usually hover around 160-70. No wonder I get no play. I thought it was the chicks in hibernation.

I feel the same way....I am up to 265, but max out at like 290 about year and a half ago.......damn beer!
I have been running 3 days a week, but it seems that isnt enough. I actually need to start eating better.......so I can drink still...LOL. Started workin out at the gym again this week, I would like to get down to about 250, but loose some inches in the gut, damn Army and their standards...........
