John is this close to the correct purple? I played with the lighting a little at the show, nothing like I could do however.

John is this close to the correct purple? I played with the lighting a little at the show, nothing like I could do however.

It is still too blue. Professional photographer at the show got it perfect though. He shot 4 pics and put in a single photograph. I got 3 copies, one for my home, one for the office, and one for Adam.

Pics look good. John, I dig that photo! pretty damn cool. Man I'd have a hard time gettin that thing dirty!


Side note Ricky,

Did you white-balance your camera at the show? Depending on the lighting situation this may be why the color is not quite John's purrrrrrrple

Well, that is what he was. He had a vendor booth there. This is what he does for a living, and based on his Rolex, he must be sucussful at it! His booth was swamped all weekend by the exhibitors. He waited till after hours and removed the stanchion ropes (with permission). Even had a manlift available for some shots if it was needed.
