say hi to ARNIE FOR ME BRYAN ,im sure he will be at As.cant make the meeting but wanna check u guys out.

Well whos what. How did the votes go.. Whos runnin the show now?

I went ahead and moved this to the Events section, even though its in the past...

Its kinda ironic. When WOW was started of of the biggist complaints was how secretive the PNW4WDA was. All of our officers are listed on our website. Our meeting minutes are published in our paper and on the website. Why is it such a big secret as to who WOWs new officers are ? and why arnt the minutes from the meetings shown to the public :eeek:

Much of what we do is different. Last weekend was only the second weekend in four months I didn't wheel. Many WOW members are like me, constantly wheelin. This leaves far less time to update the internet crap so those with five digit post counts have another thread to sling **** in.

While crickets chirp on the forum our members are out there building trails with the modern 40ish inch tire crowd in mind. They need representation now more than ever. Our page may lack updates here and there but real wheelers wheel, the internet is for those who are not on the trail helping us.

I am very proud NOT being part of the extreme trail paving going on at Evans right now.

WOW stands up for the wheelers.

PNW4WDA stands up for the FS and flat fenders dodging barrels.

I have made my choice. Really the only choice a guy wheelin a ZJ on "small" 36s can make.

BTW, officers remain largely unchanged. There are a couple land manager positions open.

We decided on submitting our recommendation of an 85 inch width restriction at Evans. WOW supports all wheelers regardless of tire size and axle width.

I spoke on the sick crap I saw the FS doing to the 311 the Thursday before last at Evans.

That is about it. With the sunny hot weather I knew our last meeting would small and short. In true WOW fashion, our president had to leave early to spend several days wheelin.

This whole conversation should be on the WOW board. Not NWWheelers, just my two cents.

Are you kidding me... Besides the few highly dedicated WoW members that are constenly tieing up the loose ends. WoW would not have anything to bring to the table... Im a big tire guy.. And im with you on the tire size width restriction B.S. But you dont have to be a member of any thing to go and keep trails open/make new obsicales.

You have to remember that most of the trails built. Were built by P.N.W clubs and maintained and kept clean all these years by P.N.W members. I feel they do have some soul searching to do (getting more curent with the times) But if you show that ur a great bunch of guy/gals (club, association) And work with them things will get done quicker with less conflict...

WoW from what ive seen is alot of talk and not alot of deliver..
And most of them dont Wheel..You know that
