XJ parts on my ZJ?

I use to know this stuff, but it's been a long time.

Friend of mine bought a 90 cherokee for cheap. It has RE springs, lower arms, track bar, pitman arm and shocks. First question, which way do the springs go? Was it 3.5" XJ coils equal 4.5" on the ZJ or the other way around? Second, everything else should work just the same for my ZJ, correct?

so you know how those bolts on that jeep were gone from the engine mount, well they are all there, they sheared off in the block

i was thinking this the other night and also using the rr leaf springs off a used XJ kit. Just changing out the rr suspension on the ZJ.... be quite a bit of bracket trimming and fabrication to get the rr leaf setup just right, but no one else would have a rr leaf ZJ

So Jeff whats going on with the Snow Princess?

Oops, forgot about this thread. Hopefully next go-round I can throw some 33's on. But that requires new gearing and I just don't have the money for that at the moment. So this is how she sits now.. Nothing special, but a hell of a lot better then stock..

31s and all terrains, most fun i had in mine!
you should come pick up my old 35with the locker. central grand bought it new originally for like $450.
we both beat on our d35s, with 31s, 32, and 33s, never any problems. stock 3.73 gears...
