Finally done. Lucky Dog had a good day going till the last run.we were sitting 3-5 all day till round 4. I came into th boulder feild and got all kinds of out of shape.Got hung up and made a 1.43 sec run instead of a one minute run. Ended up 8th again. Great racing and great weather. MOTOR IS GREAT!

Great job! 8th in that field is very respectable.

Tell me, do you prefer the type course they had there with sub 1:00 times over the 2+ minute course at Gray Rock?

I have been watching the UTube vids and the 2 courses could not be more different....

I'm planning on going to the Colorado Springs race. Let me know if you need some pit help.

the two courses are somewhat different. weavers are trying to please two people, fans and racers. fans cant be there all day and dont need that long of show. racers drive a long way and want more seat time. i dont really care, someones going to win it at the end of the day! winners win regardless of the course. short track you need to be 110% on every run. i had one bad obstical and didnt make the final six, the guys who made it in didnt, my bad. the rain really goofed things up at gray rock. i dont mind the tough courses, what does the x stand for in xrra?

Yeah I did not think of the fans....I am sure they liked the fast course.

A 45 second run though is a little too fast I would think though......

As a fan I like to see tough courses, but not technical and slow. I like to see near vertical full throttle climbs and big ledges. 8) I really liked the GR course, but when 80% of the cars DNF because they're stuck, it's just not all that exciting.

Congrats on a very respectable finish, Brian. 8)

I think going to have to get fancier with my shots. ;D Instead of getting decent shots of EVERYTHING that happens, i'll wait for good shots/angles of most everything. Like so:
