One of my first cousins I grew up with just won a 1957 Chevy that O'Reilly's gave away. It is "The Chubster" that Boyd Coddington built. He works for Haliburton and is gone right now and does not even know yet. He registered at the one in the town where we grew up, about 3000 residents and someone called my grandmother to try to find him because they could not reach him by phone. This damn thing is valued at $275,000!!!

This is just crazy, my mother called me and she had no clue how big this was until I started doing a quick search and figured out what in the hell he had won.

Yeah, they have talked to him now. He is freaked about the taxes. Taxes look to be around 100k from what he said. I would think once word gets out he won it his phone would be ringing from potential buyers. The taxes are a concern, but I think I would go ahead and accept it and worry about them later.
