Depending on what bracket you have it can be very easy. I cut a piece of 1/4" plate and bolt it to the factory a/c bracket. Then weld 1" square tube to that followed by another piece of 1/4" plate that bolts to the compressor. Of course you'll want to make sure things line up with belt prior to welding it. :redneck:

For the hoses I cut the factory nipples off and tap the holes to 1/4 pipe thread. It all fits under the intake just fine too. :D

Its really easy but you will need a factory a/c compressor bracket to make it easy (since it has the adjustable pulley for belt tension adjustment).

Just take some 3/16 and mark the 4 holes (at least 2 different versions of brackets and the only difference is the distance of the mounting bolts longways) on the factory bracket. Once the bracket is mounted place york on the bracket and line up the pulleys then mark and drill the 3/16 plate...

I did this years ago...

I haven't mounted one in my toy yet but I got fittings from www.onboardair.com. then I bought a replacement leader hose for a viair compressor. Its braided line and has a check valve. I ran this set up in a mini truck and no issues.

Well I'm planning on just buying this bracket from a guy on Pirate

He said it worked perfect for his 87 4 runner which is what I have so I'm hoping it'll be fairly straight forward
