You can convert a standard 8" housing to accept the TRD elocker.. Requires notching out the side and drilling/tapping the housing for 2 long ass studs. You cannot put a TRD housing with a standard center section.Went through this with my brother's rig because he's been looking at doing the TRD rear end since his rig is 99.999999% on road and he keeps blowing up 3rds (damn 5.29's suck)
