Youtube

Is it just me or is Youtube having major speed issues lately? My internet isn't exactly relaible here or at home but for about the past week or so anything on Youtube has taken a long time to load and plays very choppy whereas in the past its always loaded faster than it plays and played continuously without pause to load. Having issue both here and at home whih is why I think it may be Youtube? (Diferent ISPs at both places.)

i have trouble loading certain users`s youtube vids... i dont know. It may depend on Hq or Lq or at least it does for my computer

moon phases, global warming.... ect.
