I just got off the phone with Jon Norris. He called me to tell me Zach only has short time left, a day or two at the max. Maybe just a few hours. (for those who don't know Zach's been fighting Cancer for a few years) He's at Brookwood hospital right now, they had a project going on building up Zach's Jeep so when he got well he could wheel this cool little rig and Zach told Jon he wanted to drive his Jeep so they're on the way over with the rig right now. Not sure on all the details, but I knew back in the day Zach was on our old HardlineCustom forums and a bunch of you knew him so I thought you'd want to know.

Damn, I never met him that I can remember. May have somewhere along the line at Gray Rock though. I have been keeping up with his condition on CAOS. I lost my aunt to cancer who was like a big sister to me and it is rough. I would be willing to donate money to the American Cancer Society in his name from Hardline if everyone else wants to.

I am bummed to hear that, Zach is just a kid. He and his family are in our prayers. That sucks man, I thought he was really doing better recently

I read on CAOS this morning that he may be released from the hospital. Is there nothing else they can do for him?

Yup... he went to the CAOS ride this morning but could only stay a couple hours, couldn't ride or drive. Zach's dad said they don't know if he'll make the night...

I went on the CAOS ride to see Zach, I took a bunch of pictures and hung around the CAOS group for a couple hours, thought you guys might be interested in seeing 'em.

Zach McNutt passed away tonight at 10:36pm at home. He went peacefully which was a HUGE blessing. Our family is so thankful for everything you have done. You'll never know how much your generosity and kindness has meant to us and Zach. Funeral Services will be held at Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel. We will be in Tuscaloosa tomorrow making final arrangements and will let you know the date & time ASAP. We would like anyone who can to attend, wearing your CAOS t-shirts and driving your jeeps or 4X4s.

Visitation will begin @ 1:00pm, followed by memorial service@2:00pm. I plan to attend, if anyone wants to go but doesn't want to spend the fuel to go all the way to t-town I have open seats in the ZJ.
