Well guys other than just stalkin the chatter box and laughing at everyone I think I should give a little positive contribution. Maybe someone searchin for a ZJ bumper will find it.
Here is a zj Bumper i Built for myself. It is a combination of 3/16'' and 1/4''. It went together pretty well. I have yet to finish paining but i have winched with it and it works pretty well.
Let me know what you think or could change.

The winch is the Recon 10.5k syn line. I used it to pull my self up a slight slope and pretty wicked hill and it seems to work quite well. I know it works better than the smittybuilt.
