Does anybody know if I can do anything legally to get my money or parts like get a lawyer or sign a warrant on him is his town??

My dumbass sent him the money through paypal as a gift after I had talked to him on the phone twice an he seemed like a good dude so I'm SOL on going that route..

How did you send the money? Use Paypal and don't gift it for your protection. Paypal helped me get a refund from Ballistic back when they were dicking people around a few years ago and they couldn't manage to issue me a refund themselves.

Do not ever gift anything. I sent a local guy $60 for a set of used Warn hubs for a Scout. He has gone ghost on our local forum since March, and I can't get a refund through PayPal due to sending it as a gift. $60 is nothing, but it's the principle. Why would someone ruin their reputation over a stupid hub or $60?

Hate to hear anyone getting screwed. I've learned my lesson the hard way too. I dont trust anybody and barely trust the ones i know. Its shitty I gotta be that way but live and learn. As far as the dbag that screwed you....
you have his name and number. you may never get your money back but you can sure cause him hell by using his name and number all over craigslist. Say he's selling link kits for $100 shipped :dunno:

Think hes selling 20lb bricks of weed for 40 bucks lol. You get the idea. I have no mercy for a dipshit.
