Well he called me today and I believe we have everything worked out. He said he was gonna send me a new package out tomorrow?? We will see??

He also asked me and my friends to stop posting negative **** about him so I told him I would ask everyone to stop since we got it worked out. We will see how it goes but he did sound serious about getting everything fixed.
 
Good deal! Gay that you have to go through all that **** to get a mf'r to pull through on his end of the ****. :dblthumb:
 
What a shame it took that much for a business to keep its word. WTF? :dunno:

The reporter has made the following comment:

This is a false statement. I sent out his parts to him and gave him a tracking number and he cconfirmed that they left the post office that i had originally sent them from. I spoke with him on the phone about it then contacted the post office and they confirmed that they had been lost. I then talked to him again, told him they lost it and that he could call the post office with the tracking number and he refused. I apologized and told him I would replace the parts and they have been sent out. I have gone out of my way to take care of him and fixing a mistake that was not my fault. I ask that you please remove this post of him bashing me. Thank you, Sincerely Superior Parts

The seller always has to fabricate reasons to defend his or her business. Although it does happen some, people usually just don't make up **** like not answering phone calls and blocking via Facebook contact, and all the ranting and raving about it if there really isn't a problem. Just my take on this, it sounds like Superior Parts guy found out about all the bad publicity on here and on Facebook, and finally realized it was time to help make the customer happy like he should have done to begin with. Also, kind of wussy to not just post up here with his side of the story too.

Ok y'all Shawn has sent me a new tracking number with FedEx so maybe i will get my parts this time.

Also I did call the post office for 3 days straight trying to find the package with no luck and I couldn't file the claim on it since I was not the sender. But Shawn seems to have made it right and I'm happy with that. I'm glad I didn't loose 650.00 bucks over it!!!
