I was going to wait for the teams official press release, but I'm to excited to wait.

I've joined the #4471 team of Jeff Knoll, Dave Schneider and Wayne Israelsen for Best in the Desert's Vegas to Reno race. We'll be running in the new Ultra4class specially created for the new hybrid rockcrawlers/desert rigs competing in events like KOH.

This is a grueling 3 day race running just over 1000 miles across Nevada. Its billed as the "Longest Race in the United States"

Race info can be found here http://www.bitd.com/

Info on the Custom S&N Chassis we'll be running in this race can be found in this build thread http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=768509

The current plan is that I'll be codriving for the second half of the First day (150 Miles+-) and performing Chase duties. I just hope I don't get addicted to going fast, this could get expensive. :eeek:

Have fun! Does he have a spare front driveline? :haha:

do you really want to start a shitstorm Corey. I can tear you a new ass all day long on here and in the Real world. he does not need one! he is running my spare THAT I welded. So It won't be a problem..

Don't get so upset, I was trying to be funny. :awesomework:

Well Corey... I am a little "sensitive" about comments on the driveline issue at KOH... when it broke somone commented that it was one of those S&N pos drivelines. We did not build it. it was a copy welded improperly.. and I get pissy when someone bags my company or me. Also I was wrong.. we did not build the current one. it is a match to what he had prior so it probibly will NUKE!
