38' Pace Enclosed Gooseneck (SOLD)

1997 Pace Shadow enclosed gooseneck with bathroom, microwave, and 110v refrigerator. A/C unit in living quarters. Can be pulled with a short bed truck. Has Onan 6.5 generator and 50 amp hookup for RV parks with 50' cord. Has a 50 gallon fresh water tank with a 12 volt pump and a city water hose connection. Has a bypass valve on the shower to conserve water by preheating it. Instant propane water heater. 50 gallon gray and 32 gallon black tank. Has a 39 gallon belly fuel tank for the generator that could easily have a dispenser added to fill vehicles. Center wall removes in two pieces for easy storage while hauling two vehicles. Lifted 3 1/2" to keep tail from dragging at offroad parks but also has tail rollers. Has 6000lb axles, Firestone LT tires. Priced at $7900. Call Perry at 615-388-04 four four. 87" stock, 88" was how I had it set up and it would be easy to bump it to 89".

how many feet of usable floor space is there ?

been looking for an enclosed that can haul 2 full size rigs

It has 26' 7" with the wall down. I hauled my Evolution buggy and Steve T's Saddle Up buggy. His buggy is not very long though. We had to install small tires and wheels because his is tall. It has a 6'3 ceiling with a bit more in the dovetail.
