Is there a reliable place to get info on super charger options for a ls motor?
They do fine....you just need RPM to make them shine. What's a pushrod rev to? 6500rpm? I'm still making power and torque at 8000.I would go with a system like The-Boss posted, or a Whipple like Tony B said. I've had a Procharger D1 in a street car, and was not happy with it. I can't imagine that style would be any better in an off road rig. The really big Prochargers that they use in really high hp drag cars are awesome, but the street size P1 and D1 are not that great imo.
Well maybe i do not even need a supercharger. If you need rpms to make them shine,I was under the impression it was on boost from right off idle thur the rpm range. I have read so much and everything contradicts it self.I read that 6 psi was what the magnuson kit makes with out over reving the blower with a smaller pulley. I was told a Whipple make 30 psi. What is the truth?
