This was the last time my junk ran. The Oldsmobile body and 401AMC motor was junk after this weekend at Annies house. The Ford blew its motor about 2 weeks after this pic was taken at the pumkin patch mud bog off HWY 410.

Tractor tires in the rear only because they were laying around. I later built custom wheels and had them on all 4s but sold them to Anthony and now they are on the John Deere Chevy. Here is a pic of the Oldsmobile "stock" (2003?) and just before I took the body off.

Here is a couple pics when my Ford was just built with new 1-tons, ARBs, 42" TSLs, crossover ARG hydro assist, 35 spline front shafts. The 1st pic is the first mudbog in Ethel and the 2nd was in a field in Chehalis. (2002?)

Im working on the Ford right now- new motor/trans/dual cases/exhaust/new tires, the Chev needs a new TH400/dual t-case/ full hydro steering installed before I can beat on it too hard. I have the parts, just need time and motivation.

Who remembers the Vantage Rockcrawl? Here is Bobby Long and "Captain America"

Which one gets the Klune?

How much was did the Chevy cost vs. How much did all the new parts for it cost?:stirpot:

Any picture of Tom wheeling makes me smile.:D

Im going to have to offer him a few hours of trashing the Sausage next summer.

I told you last time you were here, but because you want everyone else to know, the chev cost $500. These parts cost about $4500.

I think it's brilliant, you spend 1/4 the money that a lot of us do and have more fun. When the Chevy is dead, you still have kick ass parts for the next one. I kinda wish I had gone that route.
