Yeah it was, had so much fun in that hacked together sqaure body. Ended up trading for a 350 engine that the intake was full of rat turds an acorn shells. Never pulled intake until i did a re-ring on it 2 years later.
It wouldnt sit in my driveway double low and 1st gear without a chalk. Woke up 1 morning and it rolled maybe 150 into the woods was still in gear.

Hope ya don't mind but I may steal your shifter seal idea. Warm gear oil upside down sucks
