Looking for a good machine shop in the Tac. area to rebuild my 4.3. It's the grossest engine I've ever seen and the oil p/u tube was laying in the pan when I stripped it down:mad: Good news was there was enough rain water mixed w/ the oil that it was full enough not to starve completly:cheer:. Wasn't planning on a rebuild but not much choice now........................

Thats who I use also or dave at napa 96 pacific is good also .

Dave is back logged for weeks. He was my first choice as he was the one that built all my dads race engines. Dave at napa is great as well as
dave at national auto parts.

Casey, This turd is gonna need a couple of cans. Trying not to bootyfab this one. I hate pulling engines.

Dave @ National quoted me $1400 for a full rebuild. D
Dave @ Standard is like Brian said very busy.
Still looking.............
