Sander OBA

I am setting up a Sanden OBA. I am using a tool oiler and desiccant filter. I just test fired it today, and it worked, sorta, it only gives like 10-15 PSI. Then runs but doesn't produce any more pressure?!

Any ideas?

is the compressor clutch kicking out? Or is it continuing to pump and only yield that much pressure? Obviously check for leaks if the clutch isn't kicking out, next i would check to see if the compressor you are using is the type of rotary compressor that can be successfully used for OBA, I am looking at doing this and I read that some units don't work well for OBA. Is your oiler functioning? The compressor could just be worn out also. Good luck bud

The clutch is staying engaged, it is just not yielding any more. Another note is is sounds awful!

I got it from Avantone, he said that this is one I want and he has used this type before, I am sure that he knows his stuff.

This most likely my fault.

i think they tend to make bad noises right before they seize up!

Here is my setup.

And I did a manual fill port.

I used that to pressure test, all good.

I am not completely wired so I just used a jumper to test the Sanden.
