Understandable thinking all around for sure.Jimmy and Tammy will be there. I am really torn. I would really like to support Golden Mountain, The idea of working with Southern makes my skin crawl. I just don't know if i can do it. There is also a bouncer race that day.

If "you" and/or "we" become "they", then we can all be involved and "take credit".They are likely going to take all the credit for it opening back up, no matter who/when the work happens. Not sure if that helps your decision one way or another.
That's awesome all around!Good day yesterday. Very encouraging to have a park owner that wants the park to be open.
About 100 people turned out and from talking with everyone, it looks like the trails are 99% clear of downed tree and limbs. Now it just needs some riding to redefine the trails.
A lot of work is going into the main loop trails/access roads to get them in shape and allow mild vehicles to access all areas of the park (and make it quicker/easier to recover your junk when you break it in half)
It will be nice!! GM was always slick when wet! That black dirt is like axle grease! The weather was perfect for clean up an was great to ride around the park. Can't wait to get back up an ride when its dry
Few weeks ago someone asked Tammy, who was helping organize the non-SFWDA cleanup ride, for an update. She said that the owner was still waiting on the lawyers to finalize the waivers etc.Has anyone heard any updates? I see their FB page has been quiet since the cleanup day.
F'n SFWDA got their greedy fingers into them!!! I bet the Dixie Run will be back there this year.
