Re: First Annual Gorilla Run @ Superlift in Hot Springs AR FEB. 17-19

Let us know Comp details so we can try and get some Drivers to come out there.

So for the unlimited class. Is it One hill at a time? Best combined time? Or is the course all three courses at once?

For the record. I dont think RockBouncers like to turn much. LOL

Re: First Annual Gorilla Run @ Superlift in Hot Springs AR FEB. 17-19

Matt, I'm not sure on comp details just yet... But for 3000+ THOUSAND dollars, I bet a turn won't kill the deal

If I can get the Bounty hill I want done by then, there won't be any turning... Other than turning yella when they see the Monster of a hill!!!

Re: First Annual Gorilla Run @ Superlift in Hot Springs AR FEB. 17-19

i thought this was going to b a straight run up impossible or something like that ? dont really like courses.

Re: First Annual Gorilla Run @ Superlift in Hot Springs AR FEB. 17-19

Let me see if I can clear up some questions

The trail is called Gregs Rock it is a 4 rated trail, the reason the trail was picked is because it's spectator friendly
a jeep with 35" tires and a 6 cyl. can run this trail it may take 15-20 minutes. I have seen the trail run in 1:07

The length of trail is about 200 yards of rock, mild turns, off camber and finishes with a 4-5 ft rock ledge
Competitors will get 2 chances fastest to the top wins (as of right now $3300.00 dollars)
There are some short areas to horsepower in but it's not a dirt road up to a launching pad.

Both classes will run the same hill

After the comp I will be glad to go run impossible, bonus or warn hill with anyone who wants more challenge. If we need more we can visit Johns and more and c-15

Where's EZ Street?

Just so that it is clear, there is no "E Z Street" or "Bounty Hill" trails at the Superlift Park. As of now, the only $$ payouts will be for the timed events listed in the flyer! Mark Simpson has a great post on the event! I'll be there marking the event trail and making it challenging!

I'd love to see a bounty put on "Too Easy." It's spectator friendly and always a great show!
