couple pics of my dads 73 split bumper. It had a ls7 which is cammed with full exhaust. 6 speed tranny with disc brakes all the way around. It's a nice driver.

Yea I love the split bumpers myself. The one under the cover is acutally the exact same car...just a little brighter coler silver...to me its a better looking car, but it doesnt have a LS7. LOL

I would luv to have either they are super clean cars. When you dad fired up the LS7 and that cam started looping I think I gotta little happy in the pants. LOL

Chopped 5", Channeled 4" and Stretched 10". 6 inches of the cab stretch is in the door to maintain proportions.

This is by far my most favorite car we have worked on in a long time. 32 ford, I think its a 37 grill, its got a Hemi from some kind of marine application with only 22 hours, 5spd, quick change rear end blah blah blah

That is definately not a '32 Ford.

That is a '33-34. Nothing about it can be confused as a '32. ???
Grill is '37 Ford truck, some call them commercial grills. That is a very very badass "Rolling bones" style '33-'34.
I dont care for the top blister but obviously the sidesones are required for Hemi's. Rest of car is tits.

What box for the cowl steering? What quickie?

Thank you, I was beginning to think I was nuts. Personally, I like the 33-34 better anyway, but of course my favorite is 33 Willys (who'd have guessed?) All of that BS aside, that thing gets 2 :dblthumb:

Im sure you know waaaay more about these than I do, so if you say its a 33 I believe ya. I have some more pics on a laptop at work I will try to get up soon. My real job is welding on locomotives for general electric, we have a small shop here in PA that does suspension stuff, cages etc. Super low key, we just try to put out good work for a good price. You will appreciate that the owner is trying to have the car done and drive it to Bonneville in August. He has alot of cars in different stages of been built so Im not sure if it will make it or not.

Who made those solid aluminum motor mounts? Those are was cool.
Do you know how far the front axle is pushed forward? Looks to be 4-6"s

I will absolutely look for it on the salt in August if its there. Tell him to look for the 5553 F/BFRMR its bright red metalflake looks like a bass boat in the sunlight.

Here is one of my favorite 33-34 3 windows. This one is a Rolling Bones car (They are in New York somewhere) built for George Poteet.

How close are you to Abbottstown? You ever come across a guy named Clark, runs with another guy named Junior? Great guys, great hotrodders. I had a chance to buy and almost bought one of Clarks cars back about 5 years ago, but it was so well known it's still known as "Clarks Coupe". It had been sold to a dude her in Texas that got in $$$ trouble.

Its still in my top 5 favorite '32 5win hiboys that are unchopt.

I'm building a Rat Rod Truggy for my two young sons. It is a 47 International cab with a 429 Ford Big Block, doubler and tons. It might not belong in this thread, but I thought I would throw it out there.
