Ok I have a question. I've never ran rear steer and for the most part always ran tons, welded and full hydro steering. What's so different about doing it with douche and a half axles?

417 I honestly believe you have no business building a rig. You seem to lack the basic knowledge of the simplest of things when it comes to budget off roading, and that seems to be the direction you are trying for. You don't have a solid plan on what parts you are using, such as axles, tires, and wheels. You just have some huge ass motor and a frame and tub and think it will be easy.

We all started somewhere!! Just remember 417, trial and error is the way you learn. Build it and if it don't work, try a different approach. Don't scrap the whole build, just improve on what u have.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you don't know ol muddinmetal. I don't think he is somebody you want to get into a squeezing contest with. The reason he really pimps a more stockish rig is because if he grabbed the cage to get in a tube chassis it would leave indentions in the material.417chevy said:

Wait a dam min.. Ooohhhh Ok now i get it. Tha buggy is the POS that old fart was talkin bout last weekend not you Jonny!! This is good news. Thought I was hangin out with a turd for a min.
Anyways.. God just Thinkin bout squeezing a scale and my wrist hurts. Ouch. Man Honestly.. Can NOT imagine starting from scratch , that **** will Nickle and dime U to death. Not only that, take over a year to build. You can get a trail turd like I did and work on it slowly and wheel at the same time!! with them axles your gonna be 8 ft in the air, IF it ever gets that far. It's just to much work, time and money. Yota or Sammy for the win...
And one thing about Muddinmetal, I think if u see him on the trail, don't challenge him to a fight .... He's a sucker for a good leg wrestling match. Keep that in mind.
