I am building a new buggy and I am needing to flip my intake on my 6.0 in order to get my mass air and air filter on. What all is involved in doing this. Pics would be appreciated.

Just take your harness off, flip your intake then put your harness back on as if it were on normally. May have to lengthen some wires to the throttle body and maf. The maf wires are long anyway. Make sure you put a way to bleed your steam port since it won't be ran through the throttle body anymore. Just a ball valve to bleed the air out on initial fill is all that's needed.

Exactly that all u gotta do or can put new hose on and run steam port back up to intake . It really is this simple just flip and go it don't care which way it's on

My steam port is tied into my upper radiator hose. Do I need to flip my valve covers around also so that my pvc connection still fits right?

On my new motor water pump was drilled and tapped barb fitting installed steam port was routed there. Every hose connection (vacuum lines) where capped pvc was removed from valve covers and just ran a bypass line down below engine 3 lines total one off of each valve cover, and then one off vally of intake be very bottom port on back of intake (opposite side of throttle body)

Will have to do something different for oil pressure sender if you are using the factory one. IIRC.
