Correct. We used the axles, transmission, Atlas transfer case, Fox coilovers, shifter, and all steering components on the 38 Special. The rest was sold.

Hmm thought I remembered more of a buggy like Greggs old one but purple guess the tube on the rear frame section is what I was remembering? Long time ago :drinkers:

Na, Purple jeep>38, then the solo buggy came after, separate deal. I bet Miles' avatar on here is still his BAD ASS butt tattoo at Woodlee's shop leaning over the fender of the 38 special while it was being built

ya, single seat buggy replaced by new single seat buggy. Not sure if the hard parts were used like jeep>38

Everything possible from the Single Seater was used in the Solo Buggy to keep the build cost down. Engine, trans, transfer, wheels & tires, axles & steering, fuel cell, battery, seat, radiator & fan, shifter. New on coilovers, links, gauges.
