Looking at buying a XJ.

It's a good friend of mine.
Me and kel took him out and he went home and sold his 4 wheeler and dirt bike. I had some other good screen names but most might have got him punched on the trail.

Please ensure that Kell knows he is getting ho'd out again/still on Hill Climb Racing 2. He likes to be constantly reminded.

96 and 97 are oddball years but my 97 has been fine. If you have to swap the transmission, which I did, it's easiest to stay with that year but you can make some wiring changes and get other years to work except the 00-01 which requires all kinds of garbage nobody wants. The bigger u joints started back when they first got ABS but anything 96 and up will have them.

There's some odd balls years mixed in there. I just sold a 94 to my boss at work that had ABS. It also had the High pinion non disconnect front axle, but it had the little bitty u joints in it.

You should offer the guy a handy, see if that helps negotiations.
It always worked for piper... I payed too much for that AR
