Haha, wel it's my dad's, his truck and $. He just don't know jack about this kind of thing. Just got the honor of planning the build for him. He now has decided he wants a whipple on it, things may get real here soon.

Rolling along much quicker than expected, all items are back from Coyote Coatings in Hueytown, Amazing job. Hand sanded all of it, and all was shot with clear. The chassis with running gear will be on display at Coyote's booth at the World of Wheels in February at the BJCC. It will have a 2.65L VMP supercharger on the coyote. Should make it a lot more fun to drive.
Went back with Yukon rear shafts, yukon gear install kits, drilled and slotted rotors all the way around. TMI hopefully will have the interior ready in 8 weeks.

If you're needing some custom bits for the motor, Jason Lopez from CM Components does some nice work for the coyote motors. I had him do some billet coil covers for me.

Also, while all this is out of the truck, there's a pretty sweet deal going on 2020 GT500 ALUMINUM valve(cam) covers. Like 250 bucks for BOTH. I was mainly thinking to pick up a set before they sky rocketed once Ford found out they can make a buck off them and sanding/grinding down any non important things and polish/clear coat them.

I'll be there at some point, our family took a trip to Disney this week. So I will either be there Saturday and Sunday or just Sunday afternoon.
Thanks for the compliments,

Just painting the firewall and inner fenders, the rest is show quality already.
It's real close now, kills me the super charger isn't going to be on it for the show.

Thought I'd do a thread in case some other idiot wants to spend the $ and effort on a project like this.

Specs: 1986 F-150 fully restored 10 years ago
32's with 2.5" lift, 4:10 gears with detroit true trac rear
NP208
Removed DSS racing 331 small block
AOD built by PTC

Replacing with 2014 Coyote 5.0
6R80 Transmission
Atlas to 6r80 adapter worked perfect with NP208

Randy Welch at Welchco Hotrod Shop will be doing all the work
Fat Fender Garage complete install mounts and cross member
Fat fender custom 1 7/8" primary long tube headers, their radiator set up, KRC steering conversion, H pipe cooling connection from Fat Fender.
Will have all stainless exhaust, cut outs and Magnaflow. Also will have to build a custom cold air intake. Will be running a Willwood master cylinder.
Dakota Digital gauges
Pics so far, she is torn down, was waiting on parts until today.
Will be going ahead with some interior upgrades as well from TMR customs.

Anyone with experience with a good Coyote ECU tuner let me know who
I've got a 86 F-150xl 4x4 and I'm thinking of coyote swapping it after I do frame up rebuild the truck was my first vehicle was it a can of worms to do the swap as I've been told
