Greg Stone runs a Semi Float rear end and it holds up to his abuse and he rides a hell of a lot more than I will.
Plus the damn thing has 40 spline shafts, I am more worried about the Ring Gear than the rest of it.
He did have a little influence but I got most of my ideas from Gregs buggy.

the one thing I wish I woulda done... I think it is all solid mounted.

It's solid mounted. Just like I've built the rest of them, but with no bushings.

It'll have another bar or two thats removable undernieth to support the skidplate, and a bar that connects the motor mounts. The t-case crossmember sits a few inches above the skid, since everything is solid, it would be bad to have rocks bashing into it. I thought about a midplate, but I don't see the need for one.

Alot of people dont consider **** like the cardboard under it when its on concrete and so forth... but I can be anal about stupid thing on my buggy ( and totally not give a **** about others at and thats cool that you take the consideration to do stuff like that.
