Now I know TR has there really nice 17" alum. beadlocks but who else is doing an "out of the box" beadlock in the 17" flavor?

Thinking about the 42" SX? :clappy:

How about the Staun internal setup? That's what I'm thinking about going with. But my 17x9 with 13.50" wide tires stick together really nice!

Just throwing ideas out there--wanna see a set beaded up.

After running the TR's and beating piss outa the outer ring--I prefer to have a beadlock with a large outer ring...

If you get the stauns you will regret em. They are a gigantic pita to install...and if they loose just enuf pressure the tire will spin and rip the tube..there goes yer beadlock.

Personally i am gonna get the rockathons when i step up to 17's.

A person can also supply T.R. with a set of wheels that we will beadlock. If you think they're strong enough and you bring/ship them to us.............we'll beadlock'em.For example....We just expidited a set of HELO 17x9 chrome over aluminum with black slim rings and threaded inserts for a customer back east.He is going to use them in conjunction with Stauns to look after the inner bead.

T.R. is coming out with a couple variations of our ROCK RING just for fun

Whats that cost?

"bout 200.00 per wheel with out the threaded inserts, inserts are 50.00 per wheel extra. The insert requires NO nut on the back of the bolt flange,a feature we do on all race setups, and is fully servicable(replacable)

edit.....even if just curious, call and talk to Larry for an exact quote.I'm not the $ guy.... just the get **** done guy.Larry's off at Baja right now but will be back in ten days or so.

The guy in Cali that I bought the Krawlers from is sponsored by Staun...he said he'd never buy them...biggest PITA ever.

The only reason he runs them are because they were FREE!

Stazworks, Crashy...... You've seen them mounted up..... you can get all the rock ring you want, even custom you could have them cut "Crashfab" into your rings. And no inner bead worries, ever...... I'll even help you mount 'em if you want. Its the least I can do after what I did to your rear end:D

What's the deal with Staz...

I was just on their site and...

- 17x10 320$ ea. limited back spacing for this rim

that's $1280 plus s/h for four rims

Crashmaster, I run TRs on the S&N rig and like you I absolutely love them. On the other buggy I have Walkers, and they are very good quality also. I would consider these to be the top 2 beadlocks on the market IMO. The TRs get the overall best IMO. Whatever you buy, good luck.

Did you notice the difference in price between 9" and 10"? When I ordered mine John explained to me that the 10" and wider require three blanks cut down and welded together whereas the 9" can be made from two. 9" much less expensive and time consuming to produce. I got the 17x9" with one inch BS and only paid $270 each I think. I love 'em zero psi zero worries.
