You have no practical experience with walkers. I would have been done earlier if i bought a chassis from someone.:flipoff:

:clappy: :clappy: :clappy: Glad I haven't decided on wheel tire combo yet! Do you know if the will be available in 16.5" too?

From what i understand they will be in 17's first, Then 20's. Lately im thinking 42's are too small.:haha: :haha: :haha:

Great Lakes Offroad on Pirate sells them, Roccrawler bought his there.
It wasnt the best service though, I wouldnt use them if you had somewhere else you could get them.. They jacked me around on when I would get them.. took like 4 weeks and they originally said they were in stock. then many emails and non returned phone calls I finally got ahold of them and they gave me the run around about how they only had one and they were being made... they sure took my money fast at the beginning though

The Walker's and the TR's are both good wheels and great choices. The Walker's are really heavy if that's a concern but easier to work with and mount IMO. TR's (with the narrow ring-the wide rings are a real PITA!!! ) are a bit harder to mount as getting the bolts torqued to 20 LBs is a PITA. I've seen many guys not do the correct torque procedure lose bolts. But once they're mounted they are great. I like the fact that they don't have nutserts. A broken bolt just falls out and is easily replaced.

Thinking about the 42" SX? :clappy:

How about the Staun internal setup? That's what I'm thinking about going with. But my 17x9 with 13.50" wide tires stick together really nice!

Stauns blow:rolleyes: I have first hand experience. Not good in mud & roots. I'm still waiting for a refund check from 4WPW:mad:

WHY? Tell us, I have been concidering those also, I understand that they may be a PITA to install.

Stauns are a rip-off of Tire-locs from over the pond, Basically there are alot of ways for the tube(inside the kevlar bag) to break/rip/fail. Once that happens you basically have a tire full of junk and it will fail at the worst time...Go mechanical.
