I have a efi sbc , th350, 205 on 39.5 in a toyota for sale but it also comes with one ton axles and it costs less than that toy.

The seller doesn't have a title to the vehicle. Per his (or her) advert; the prior owner lost the title so you'll have to go to Dept of Motor Vehicles.

I'm leery that DMV will laugh you out of the office.

I wouldn't hand over a $, without a valid title.
