2wd XJ to 4wd XJ

I was going to suggest buy a new 4wd one, but then I looked at what they're going for... OMG! you probably would have to spend at least $1000 extra to get a 4wd model, unless your 2wd is in awesome condition and the 4wd model you didn't care had some more dings in it.
Hell, salvage 99s are going for $2500.

Ya the 4wd 99's are not cheap at all! She got hers for right around $2,500 but it is in damn good shape. She is runnin around 170K on it now. I need to fix the power steering in it and then I think she is going to look at another rig. I like the Xterras but most are not all that cheap and I dont think she really likes them. The rig she really wants is way out of her price range so she is going to have to settle.

Oh ok I get ya. She would like that but I would get sick of waiting for that slow ass ****. She works with and loves horses.

We should have one in our driveway shortly :cheer:

Cool deal. I want to get a CTD crewcab at some point but need to get rid of the ranger first. It will most likely be a year before I can do that with the kid on the way and me wanting to get a house and out of that 600 sq ft cell that we live in. I have been looking at Carbonado (sp) and hope it happens soon:awesomework:

Look at property over by me much cheaper. I would love to get a quad cab CTD but out of my price range and I am tired of the extended cab.

Would love to, but being that I work in Renton it would be one hell of a drive to work. Plus she works in Edgewood. I have seen places for around 100k to 145k in Carbonado so it should not be too bad.
