Why, I don't undersatnd the wheels have been out for a while, so by that it must be the tire are junk

The tires aren't junk, there just stiff and take some time to break in. I remember when P had his, they weren't the stickies, but they were pretty stiff and he ran 0 pressure in them and still had trouble getting them to seat correctly on the inner bead.
If you have troubles with them staying on the inner bead, let me know and I may be able to help get them to stay. Little trick I have seen done by the comp guys.

I hope I don't have trouble but in the past I have let the air down to about 3 lbs and rode around the block a few times to make the side soft and flex

SILLY ass stiff sidewalls.... Mine were on 20"s and I always had trouble getting the inner bead to act right !

my buddy has a set of worn out 42 TSLs on brand new 17" spyder locks and they keep popping inner beads, even at 10-15PSI. I have ran as low as 4 in my IROKs on TR's with ZERO issues.

I had a set of 38.5 SXs a while back on another jeep granted I did not have bead locks but even at 8 psi I would break the bead. But I never cut the side wall out of one of those tires they were tuff for sure - seems like I cut a 44 every other time I ride. Well at least when I used to ride

YEA ,good ole 15" rims can get WAY AIRED DOWN and not BLOW BEADS due to PLENTY O SIDEWALL FLEX, so yall can keep them "NEW STYLE COOL KID 17" RIMS" .......I don,t go in fo da BLING :gay: :****:

Hell can remember a set of 15s with aluminum rings and 44s that would blow a tire off the bead pretty much everytime i rode :****: i cant seem to remember the asshole's name that sold em to me molaugh

All joking aside i think you will be fine Randy dont let everybody discourage you :dblthumb: Brian runs the same wheel and i haven't seen him blow an Irok off yet :dunno:

I am not sure it was the wheel. I run the Raceline wheels as well with Maxxis tires with no problems. BUT........... when mounting them up, they did pop onto in the inner bead with just a couple pounds of pressure. :dunno:

Not trying to discourage anyone, I like the tires and wheels, just pointing out a problem I saw with them.

Well then if he runs them everyone will be fine :flipoff1:

It has nothing to do with the wheels, Racelines are very popular lots of guys that are hard on stuff run them and they work great. Stiff sidewalls on the tire make seating the bead hard.

I don't understand what you're saying. Take what? ??? Did you go to school at Alabama? "There" refers to a location. "Their" is the word you are looking for. I know, I know, literacy isn't a required subject at AL. (Just trying to get a head start on football season ****-talking.) :)

Anyway, I am looking forward to seeing how the new stickies do.

just making it up the hill without breaking

I've seen lots of vids of people doing it without breaking, albeit not so many that take so long ... what's your point?
