77 F-250 full size all the way!!!!

Well its been along time since i have updated this. I finally got a dd about 2 months ago and its kinda been a mad scramble to get my jeep done.

In the past few months I've done:
Converted to part time t-case 205 from to 203
removed ghetto fab snorkel and wood flat bed
rebuilt front dana 44 with yukon shaftes
rebuilt rear 60 all new seals and bearings and welded diff
Got and cut the tubing for tube doors and bed
Had to completly redo wiring harness

Futur projects

Dovetailing front end
finish flat bed
install tube doors
shorten wheelbase from 137 to 112
move radiator and batteries to rear on bed

I leave in 2 months to go Arizona to study at UTI I hope to get this thing o n the trail for the last 2 weeks before i leave since i dont work then and want to wheel with everyone!!!

Will post pics tonight of where it sits now!

Well I have been doing alot of promising to alot of people on here that i will see them at reiter at a said date and i dont show. Well I'm finally have gotten my life back on track slipped into a low spot for awhile.

I finally lost the blue snorkel and the wood flat bed, along with finally got a steroe so no more headset:looser: . I have been going 4 wheeling at a buddies house and decided it was time to get involved with ya all again.

So here it goes the list:
I finally swapped over to a part time t-case and now am just waiting to get my adapter for a 205/203 combo:fawkdancesmiley: . I installed and RV cam and new lifters, rods, retainers along with chrome valve covers:cool: . Had best drivelines install an extra long slip and yoke on the rear driveline and had it shortened 5in(even tho i'm taking about 18-20out monday:mad: ). My wiring decided to completly crap out on me so i had to buy all new of that last month.

I got the big change in my live when i found out i got a full scholarship to UTI in arizona starting sept,15:cheer: . So i decided to get cracking and I am in the process today of stripping the rear frame and getting it prepped to be cut down to 112in Wheelbase:fawkdancesmiley: !!! Then hopefully sometime mid week i will be dovetailing the front end, and do a shackle flip on the rear( cheap lift untill i get the money for links). On Thursday i am ordering 5.29 gears and maybe a lunch box locker for the front:cool:

5.29 seems a little excessive to me, especially if you're getting a doubler and running the 39.5s. I run 42's on 4.56 gears in my pig. In low range with the tranny in granny gear, I can get out of the truck and walk faster than it.

Oh, and thanks for getting rid of the :rb: snorkel :awesomework:

You got it guys:awesomework: Snorkel gone!:cheer:

Got so more work done today cut the rear frame up the the leaf mount and removed my gas tank, fuel and brake lines, and cut and drilled and installed the rear plate on the frame. I painted the frame black except the section i'm cutting out of the frame rails tomorrow. I'm gonna start building my t-case skid tomorrow once i get the rear suspension cut off and the frame cut:cool:

Well i pick up the mig tomorrow to finally do the major surgery and to finish the pile up! (for now):cheer: I got all the sheets of plate cut out into the shapes i want and finally got the rear frame plate and tow hooks installed.

I also scored a C02 tank for OBA today but need the fittings to make it work still! I found out i have 3 compression fractures in my lower back so progress has been slow, but its looking like a solid 2 weeks grind and she should be ready to hit the trails FINALLY!!!!

Well I finally got the shackle flip done in the rear. Everything i wanted to do is taking twice as long with unexpected problem(damn women cant ever win:mad: ). I got the fuel tank set in finally along with the rear brake lines extened and bracket dropped. i had to kinda completly redo my spring buckets and shackles, i chopped, cut, the stock ones and reinforced and rebacked the stockers to work for my shackle flip, since i was unable to find any aftermarket kit for my app:eeek:

Will post pics tonight

Well got the shackle flip done today. I think i got the shackle angle about right?????

Everything is coming together I think i finally found a trailer to use, so i'm hoping that i can get out to reiter this weekend and test it all out:cheer:

OH FAWK YEAH. The green and black is getting it. If i was you i would try to get more weight on the ass end of it and cover that hole in the pass fender....a stick(or something) is bound to get in there and rip up yer fender.

The whole is actually covered rivveted a plate in behind so its golden. I haveb't worried about weight in the rear because i shortening the wheelbase.

If i measured all right (like 20times now) my rear tires will be only 9in away from my cab or some crazy number like that so it should have a very centered weight to it! . . . . . . I hope:eeek:
