Didn't find the exhaust nuts yet, but had enought to at least get it running. Sort of. At first it wouldn't idle below about 3k, turns out it was the trottle cable hung up. Fixed that and it won't idle at all. But it did run long enough to make it out of the garage.

It was pretty funny when we started it and the throttle was pinned. A nest shot out the tail pipe. Didn't smell any burning fur so whatever made the nest was no longer there. Too bad.
