So... here's how I'm going to fix this.
There are two constant hot wires that run from the big 30amp "Engine Control" fuse in the PDC. One feeds the ECU, and one goes to the smaller 15 amp "Engine Control" fuse. I clipped the feed for the ECU, and will install an inline switch... sort of the same idea as James had, minus the twisting together of wires.
For some reason, the ECU is still grounding the ASD relay, fuel pump relay and fuel injectors... I don't know how or why, and I don't care... I'm just going to cut power to the ECU and call it a day. This way I don't lose my radio station presets by cutting all power with a battery switch every time I park it.
