Administration (patooyee issue added)

Matt O has taken a small break and RickyB comes and goes. Besides JohnG, there is no one really moderating the forums. When Johns been down for a few days, it seems like the forum takes a hit and is free range Thoughts, concerns? Anyone inline to help out? It isn't an easy job, but I have seen my once favorite forum go to **** and don't want it to happen again. I would like to see 1 or 2 folks working on learning the ropes to keep this place afloat for a long time. I know it's just the interwebs, but I spend 90-95% of my riding time with people I met from this forum.

Just because I am an asshole sometimes doesn't mean I am incapable of being fair regarding moderation.. :flipoff1:

The thing I've always liked about this place is checks and balances by very little moderation. If yer an idiot, people will tell you....Lol. I've been a loyal member of a couple different forums, but only 1 other with the family-like magnitude of Hardline. It was moderated in a similar fashion as Hardline, and I believe that is what draws in and keeps so many around here.

I know this forum is and has been founded on the Hardline club, but few are active here anymore, (well besides Gregg that is....Lol), and like you say, John has had his hands full maintaining order here by himself as the board grows.

I have spoken with John G a while back regarding this and told him I would step in and help moderate if need be due to his health issues and I will test the waters with him and Ricky B again and see if I can get some answers. I watch this board pretty much all day and some at night and usually beat most of you to the punch when it comes to wannabe's abusing their keyboards.

If a new moderator is added to help with the load, I definitely support you Gregg. You are lrobably the nicest, most fair dude on here!

If you are laid up in the hospital or at home recovering from being at the hospital, the last thing you need to feel obligated to worrying about is locking Joe-bob's thread when he don't post pics or analyzing and banning somebody for being an asshat.

I don't feel obligated when I feel bad. This place pretty much runs itself. Gregg will be the one to be added as moderator when needed.

I haven't noticed any issues with the forum lately or really at all since the trash got taken out awhile back aka batturdshitmobilewill. Did I miss some drama llama?

Still good thinking to have a next in line though.

Them were some good posts. I think it was Julio that told me one time that Neal3000 was behind the RobbyBobby profile? Or maybe I made that up in my mind somehow? :dunno:

I've drank a lot since then Haha, but I'm pretty sure that's what he told me. I would have never guessed it to be Neal. I never mentioned it on open forum. Maybe Julio will chime in and confirm? He too caught up in the world of Facebook lately haha. molaugh

I can't remember where, maybe Choccolocco, but I can almost hear it like listening to a recording, Julio saying "you know who damn robby bobby is don't you? Fawkin' Neal3000" But ever since then, I tried to picture Neal every time I would read a Robbybobby post and it just didn't seem like him to me. :dunno:
