Another Open Ride?

The only problem Keith told me about is that his machine shop operator's dad was diagnosed with cancer. This delayed the job (according to Keith) 10 days. 41 days - 10 days - 6 hour job = 30 other days that I don't know what happened. :spin:

I'm good with Oct 18th. Don't think we should do it at Mountainside just because of what I've heard about the parking. Parking/camping area antics are one of the best parts about a hardline ride!

From what I understand parking is just limited, gravel parking lot that you need 4wd to get to, and parking on the side of the road.

Did you guys decide on this one? Have it, not have it, where, etc? Just wondering about this one. With the fall for all going on we can skip Oct and just ride for RBD in Nov. I don't really care either way. If we want to do we need to publicize it ASAP so we can get some interest

Oh yeah, I forgot. We talked about having it at Gray Rock. Mountainside is out, parking sucks, mmorv is out, 'cause of RBD. Honestly in hindsight dropping it all together doesn't sound bad.

I say we put it off and have an Open ride when the weather starts to turn and no one is holding rides ..... there's alot of rides stacked in the next few months.

Just my .02 Have ballz frozen run or something. .. Last year when we all rode that cold ass day Miles was in town, I had a damn blast.. laughing1

Doing it at Gray Rock 2 weeks before Fall for All seems pointless to me. Except that it would piss CAOS off, which as we all know is always a good time. We will not be having anything at Gray Rock prior to the Spring Fling in Feb sine it is hunting season. We could do a ride at Count Chocula mtn or somehting like that once it is colder.

Honestly I am so jacked about KOTH and Monteagle, I could care less abut this one
