I would think a big PTO dyno could work for testing. ??

poolman said:How about they just put it on there "machine " before it goes out so problems like this don't happen?????? Shouldn't everything be tested?? I know every spa we sell has water in the lines because they were tested. A expensive case shouldn't be any different in my opinion.

We test every case before it goes out the door. It's the whole reason we have a "machine".
And before you make another presumption... Selvey's case passed before it went out the door as does every other case. If a case isn't up to snuff it gets taken apart and not shipped to a customer until it is correct.
I'm sorry every person here doesn't see what we do and what we've done to improve our cases to make them the best you can
To answer your question I did assume it wasn't tested because it was noisy, hot and wouldn't shift from day one.

For a little more clarification/information about Hero transfer cases and Todd, directly from Todd:

Haha I didn't even notice that first time around. In any context, "plant cream" doesn't sound very appealing. The most disturbing thing about this is the ad for "PLANT CREAM" at the bottom.
I guess that's supposed to sound "better" than margarine?
yeah and transfer cases too. really expensive transfer cases.
