I know some people who are newer to the sport might have stepped right up to a burl axle--but I am sure there are alot of folks who have worked up the stair steps of progression of there axles. Lets see if you can remember what you have done-starting with what you first had--thru the phases to what you have now..

Lets see if I can remember

1- Started with stock toy axles with 4.11's
2- 5.29's in front/rear with an arb in the rear.
3- arb in the front
4- built my own highsteer with u-bolt eliminators front/rear
5- built a front high pinion 44, 5.38 and arb
6- upgraded shafts to yukon's with ox-joints
7- built pro-rock 60 for rear 5.38 arb ,35 spline alloy shafts
8- built pro-rock 60 front 5.38 arb, 35 spline yukons high steer

Stock

Then shaved, 5.29's, detroit rear, lockright front and homebuilt crossover using the dreaded flipped arm technique.

several hosuings later...

Ringed longs, highsteer

Another few housings

My rig has been on Zuk axles the entire time.
And the Jeepster is upgraded, but not hardcore. The 19 spline D44 and D27 are gone in favor of disc brake D30 and 30-spline D44.

But I've tried out lots of different diff components in all of the stock housings I've had:awesomework:
