Thanks for the compliments guys, I aired them up to 20psi to allow the silicone on the inner beads to get right. Drove it around yesterday on the road and it was nice. Love the ride, and love having an open top jeep for spring days!
We decided to keep my truck for now. It is not fair to Jen since she is giving up hers, but it is by choice as she wants a bigger vehicle. She was the one that decided to keep it after I presented my findings to her. My truck still has 2 years and 16k on the mfg warranty and it has another 6 years and 80k on the engine/drivetrain.
Glad you all like my rig as it will be around for some time. I am putting off the buggy project until I have all the parts and all the money in hand to pay for it to be built. I could of done it this year by robbing our savings, but I plan to build this rig entirely with money from my monthly "jeep" fund and the proceeds from the sell of my rig. So couple years down the road. Way too much money going out this year with the house and furniture, plus we plan to buy Jen's replacement car and an XJ with cash to get out of all debt besides home and student loan. More wheeling in the jeep for me!
