Check your weight rating vs a gooseneck mines rated at 7,500 vert and 30,000 towing and it fits with my KISS method.

Comparing a pickup truck 5th wheel to a semi is like comparing towing capacity of a Honda civic to a Kenworth, totally different league. Too many moving small parts in a pickup truck 5th wheel.

like i said.. it looks just about perfect for towing ether the powerwheels or my single jet ski! its not like my truck ever hauls any thing heavyer than my two boys.... hence the nick name one ton minivan... lol..

my Dad has the biggest 5th wheel he could get.. rated at 20k.. My gooseneck is rated at 30k.. They both balance out the load the same. 5th wheel is a tiny bit more stable side to side.. just get a gooseneck with the 5th wheel adapter.. I can tow anything :fawkdancesmiley:
