From reading through your build you may wanna step back and look at your budget. Im not trying to flame you or anything just hoping to help out.
I would take a well built leaf spring setup over a poorly executed 4 link any day and that is why I built my jeep on leafs. I couldnt afford to do a link setup correctly so I opted to keep it simple with leafs. I think you will be really disappointed in those small link bars. I know where I wheel they would not last. At that price for a pair. You buy one pair and set up your suspension for a monocoil-over front and rear.
