...maybe tomorrow after work before leaving for the weekend to go fishing with Dad. :fish:

Got preapproved today for 140K. I will be at 120K max and found a few under 100K if the one for 119 does not pan out.

these are what I like so far. This is #1 if it has central air. There is a 2 car out back and a porch off the side parallel to the shared driveway.

All garages are detached and oversized doubles :flipgotcha:

i definitely like the first house the best, it looks really nice. didnt take you long to find something to buy, guess that means you are pretty serious about staying in Iowa. glad you are settling in

Cedar Rapids? Why you looking there, I thought you lived in Iowa City :spin: Lots of co-eds there.

My take is that for $20k-ish more than the others that one for $119 is the ****. The colors clook good, the paint looks good. It looks like a really nice solid ol' house. I wish I could score a house like that here, inside the loop and it not have a $500k price tag on it...

Goood luck let us know.

Yeah I am staying here as far I know :P Sadly #1 shutters are purple, but I can fix that. Perfect house to fawk, kill, hide dead hookers as well. Not always in that order of course.

Iowa City is only 30 minutes away and real estate there is about 1.5-2 times higher.

Friend is moving into a 750K house in Sept just north of IC and it's on 3 or 5 acres, lake near by, 3 car garage up, 2 car out back, all heated and AC, brick and 3500+ SF. I will be passing out there a lot I imagine :drinkers:

new favorite. Going to look at the above 3 tonight and more early next week and make a decision. I need my **** back!

SERENITY NOW!

I went and looked at the three in the first post and the first ranch's were decent, but not that great. No Basement which is not a good thing and the interior walls were mobile home thin (2" thick)

The 2 story was very nice and I am leaning towards it. I need to look into the past utilities also. It's very charming inside and other than eventual floor refinishing it is move in ready. The only thing that really bugs me is the 1.5 baths are both upstairs, and the fact that it's a two bedroom. Bedrooms are huge though and tons of closet space for Tom Cruise to hide in. Also has a full attic for more storage on top of the basement and garage storage.

We are going to look at some more this week when Dan (Realtor) does some searching for more properties.

I knew he was gay when the real estate industry is a mecca of hot chicks showing you empty houses and bedrooms and he got one named "Dan". Unless that's short for Dani or Danielle....he's gay! :flipoff1:

All you ****ers can blow MY goat dammit! :flipgotcha:

Dan is a great realtor and was referred to me by another realtor friend that is not familiar with this area. No he is not a she and he is not hot.

Iowa is nice Kelly. no really it is. I'm not ****ing kidding :flipoff1:

You got a sausage for agent, you really are gay... Our realtor that sold our house is a total MILF!!!
Any female I have ever used as an agent hot or not was completely worthless. I am buying a house not trying to get on someone.

Now as far as getting your hair cut, you gotta have a hot chick. You don't want an overhanging puss rubbing your forearm :spin:

I predict I pull in more tail this summer than most of you clowns did the last couple years. Married fuggers :drinkers:
