Can some one pic up a dog on their way through Missouri

My wife just got word that she can buy some ladys dog in Missouri. It's a french bull dog. The dog is located in Pineville Missouri. We still have to verify that we can have someone else pick up the dog. I live in Georgia.

I don't know exactly, I think my wife and I are going to make a weekend out of it, kinda a mini vacation.
