Canadian wheeling - crossing the border and such

They ask if you own it, it's in your name and if you plan to leave it (sell it) in Canada.

Insurance is not their job, so that never comes up in a typical Stop.

Sounds like there's a trip to Canada in the works:awesomework: Don't worry about the border crossing....Money got through the x-ray machine. And I know what he was carrying. So it can't be that tuff:haha:

I go upto canada about twice a month with the Jeep, sometimes on the trailer (flatbed) sometime driving.

Required: CLEAN. One time I tried my luck with being dirty. The guy was really nice, told me to go into Lynden and get it cleaned and come back. I did just that :awesomework:

Going back to the states, never had any issues, and I've had the rig dirty (on the trailer). I think the guy was more focused on me and the truck than the trailer and rig.

Insurance doesn't matter
Street Legal doesn't matter (I DROVE the XJ HEATHEN tube thingy in and they didn't care!)

Make sure its CLEAN
Don't look/act sketchy. Lucky for me I look/act like a pasty white computer geek. it makes the crossing very easy :;

What ever you do don't try to take a hand gun with you. A friend of mine just called to say he'd been in jail in canada for two weeks for bringing a hand gun over the boarder. He's in big trouble.
He said it was in a back pack in his rig and he had forgot about it.:looser:
