2013 Duramax just rolled 30k miles. The CP4 pump is shot, took out 3 injectors and filled the fuel rails with metal shavings. He's looking at a $7-8k bill! How's that for one of those "reliable" Isuzu motors... :****:

Here's an old video of when I had my "shitty" 6.0 pulling a semi with trailer up a icey hill. If that's the worst diesel motor Ford ever made, imagine what the best could pull!

Chain was prolly frozen stiff and the semi was pushin your ass up the hill. 8)

love it when listening to people talk about their ford 6.0 and then ask each other "is it bulletproofed?" maybe build it right from the factory and you wouldn't have to upgrade everything just to make a little power.

only thing I would change on mine is a SFA. not gonna happen though since any extra $ goes to the buggy (with a real 6.0 -chevy :flipoff1:

I got nothing negative to say about the Cummins engine. It's just too bad they put it in such a turd of a truck. Let's not forget Ford owns shares of Cummins and they let dodge use the engine cause face it, without the Cummins engine the dodge pickup truck line would be extinct . :cougar:

My sister and bro in law was actually there and that 6.7 Powerstroke belongs to a guy named Justin Davis and it didn't blow up at all. The "5.9" your referring to in the picture is actually a 6.7 Cummins and belongs to Matt Griffith. Just to clear up some facts

Yeah I was joking about the ford. I actually lost a bet with Justin that night because his truck made more power than I thought it would.

I know Matt and didn't mean to post a picture of his truck. Thought I had selected a picture of my other friends truck and didn't feel like changing it afterwards.

Nothing in this thread has been about facts. Just stirring the pot.
