So I threw the vcm in yesterday--and the damn thing barely turns over---after some checking the starter has went south

I grabbed one today but I got home too late and will spend tommorow evening trying to get it ready..

So I got the starter/vcm all installed and it was running perfect--no codes no nothing. After an hour the damn light came back on.

By this time I am fully agravated. So once again I go over every inch of my work and about midnight I verified my stuff and decided to check the camshaft sensor that I had replaced a few months back---no output.

Are you kidding me--fawk me. So ya about 1am I finally walked out of the shop..

So they are out of them but go ahead and pick it up tonight chris so you can get to getting it finished up--and we can deal with that at a later date(easy to do)...

So is the old vcm still bad? Do I need a new can shaft sensor ? I will be out there tonight mike should I bring a trailer ? And what time ?

No the ecm was bad--its just a cheap cam sensor that dropped dead..

Oh ya--you need to get the front done up before any long drive times...

If ya can about 7:30ish...
