DDigger got an ARB roof rack, still waiting on the legs, pay no attention to the straps:

Motor-House got a steering wheel table.

Dog hasn't opened his present yet. But it'll last 4 minutes anyway, so there's no rush.

Santa was looking for me a Glock 43 FDE/Burnt Bronze unit... but couldn't find one in his price range. They're still up there in price:

Agreed. I wonder if some of it stems from her fear of crashing. Though I'm getting mixed signals since there's also a throttle pedal. :driving: Lol. Also got a battery box from my parents. Maybe people are getting tired of me working on this thing. :dunno:

Re: Christmas gifts

Didn't get any presents this year or give them out. Me and my wife bought gifts for Angel Tree Kids and Shoe Box gifts through the church. We asked our families to take any money they would have used on us and donate it to charity. Most donations went to St. Judes, but some family members donated elsewhere. Me and my wife are truly blessed, and decided this year to give to those less fortunate. We are far from rich, but have way more than we deserve. God bless, and hope everyone is safe in all this bad weather

That's awesome. My dad made me a knife when I was a kid.
Yeah it was a cool process to learn. A guy I work with is big into it and he walked me through the process from designing the shape, cutting the blank, shaping, tempering, heat treating, polishing, sharpening and working the handle. I have a LOT more respect for a good hand made knife now.

Mine was made out of a 100+ year old rail road spike dad picked up from an old RR bed in big south fork here in East Tennessee. Dad is an industrial machinist. It was his first and only to my knowledge.

Looks like I have one more to make...my daughter wants one now. Lol.
We made this one out of 01 carbon steel. Should hold and edge pretty well and be durable too.
Hopefully it'll be an "heirloom" piece for him. I don't have anything like that from my dad and want my kids to have some things with good memories attached to them.
